Can I eat Japanese food?

Although raw fish, typical of Japanese cuisine, does not transmit toxoplasmosis, the ideal is to avoid food that stage - indeed, any raw meat should be erased from the menu of the expectant mother. During preparation, the fish can be handled by people who have not properly washed their hands not to mention possible problems with aseptic restaurant. As the heat kills most germs, the most appropriate is to consume only cooked food.
