Cardiac arrest
Cardiac arrest is an emergency that can lead to death within minutes if not treated quickly. In this situation the heart is severely compromised and stops beating or is beating very slowly, so insufficient.
Treatment
The initial treatment for cardiac arrest is to make the heart beat properly again. This can be achieved by cardiac massage or by using a device called a defibrillator.

In some cases cardiac arrest should be treated with heart surgery, but it is not always necessary. Moreover, it is necessary that the individual take heart medication, have a healthy lifestyle and avoid stress.

One. Lay the victim on the ground belly up;
2nd. Position the victim's head back a little, leaving her chin up higher;
3rd. Support your open hands on each other, fingers up, you will only use your palm;
4th. Put your hands on the left side of the victim's chest (heart) and let their own arms outstretched;
5th. Push your hands firmly and quickly on the heart telling two jerks per second (cardiac compression);
6th. Make cardiac compression 30 times in a row and then throw the air from your mouth on the mouth of the victim;
7th. Repeat this procedure without interruption checking if the victim breathed again.
