Be aware of environmental carcinogens
It is believed that a
significant percentage of the workers (20 to 30 percent of men and 5 to 20
percent females) were exposed to carcinogens such as asbestos in the workplace.
These types of environmental and occupational risks can cause mesothelioma (cancer
of the outer covering of the lungs and chest cavity), and leukemia.
The test for common infections and immunized
HPV, hepatitis B and
hepatitis C, Epstein-Barr, and Heliocobacter pylori can cause various types of
cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer for gastric cancer. There are two
vaccines checked (they have been approved by the FDA) to fight cancer-causing
agents such viruses. Making sure you do regular check-ups and treatment of all
infections quickly can help decrease the risk of developing cancer cells.
Although these three
factors are known to be directly related to cancer, the following four factors
of lifestyle has significant research to support their correlations as
cancer-causing agents.

spending time outdoors in the sun and can significantly decrease the risk of
getting skin cancer. Always wear sunscreen and appropriate clothing (hats,
pants and shirts with sleeves), especially if you have sensitive skin. Even
tanning beds using UV were considered carcinogenic to humans, despite its
popularity and wide acceptance in society.

This is probably the
most widely recognized little advice on cancer prevention, since it plays an
important role in the recruitment of lung, esophagus and larynx. In addition to
