Physically active
people generally have fewer health problems than those who are not, and that
extends to preventing cancer, too. Studies have shown that people who engage in
routine exercise and have a much lower probability of developing colorectal cancer.
There are also connections to show that physical activity may play a role in
reducing the risk of breast cancer and endometrial cancer.
