Practice meditation
Considered by some as a means to an ecology of mind and feelings, meditation practice is not as complicated as you think. Just sit quietly and observe the passage of thoughts in the mind like clouds in the sky. That is, do not cling to them - just watch them and let them pass.
Have more contact with nature
Let go of the stress of urban work and visit places of nature. Empty yourself of haste and learn to listen to the music and harmony present in the silence of nature.
