Rhythm
It is the identification of the woman's fertile period (the period in which a woman can get pregnant), through the history of their menstrual cycles, to determine the period in which they should not have sex. What is menstrual cycle? Menstrual cycle is the period of time that begins at the FIRST day of menstruation and ends the day before the START of the next menstruation.
How do you use?
The woman must write in a notebook or calendar every day that menstruated (the 1st until the last day of menstruation) for at least 6 times. From these notes it should calculate their menstrual cycles. Then you must apply a formula and thereby identify their fertile period. FORMULA: A woman should get your shortest cycle and subtract 18, and thus get the day of the beginning of the fertile period. Then the woman should get your longest cycle and subtract 11, so get with the day of the end of the fertile period. EXAMPLE: A woman whose shortest cycle is 26 days and the longest cycle is 35 days, applying the formula we have: 26-18 = 8 and 35 - 11 = 24 In this case, the woman's fertile period is from 8 ° day until the 24th day of each cycle. She should not have sex during this period, if you want to avoid pregnancy. The fertile days (numbers) are not necessarily equal to the days of the month.
