Take Care of Your Eyes

Around the 40 (forty) years is common for people to complain of decreased near vision (presbyopia). There may decrease the transparency of the lens (cataract). The difficulty of internal fluid drainage from the eye leads to increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma). Do not use eye drops without prescription. A red eye is sometimes confused with conjunctivitis but may be acute glaucoma which leads to blindness. See an eye doctor once a year.
