Apnea


 Sleep apnea can be a worrying concern for many and for many reasons. This sleep disorder can be a catalyst for secondary medical conditions, or become a secondary condition. What is Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)?
The most common type of sleep apnea is called obstructive sleep apnea.
Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by short pauses in breathing during sleep. The apnea progresses as deepens your sleep, and continues throughout a night's sleep.
When one first relaxes during sleep, seems quiet - breathing is quiet and calm. Soon the snoring starts, and becomes progressively louder ones beside breathing which becomes increasingly difficult.
