Diogenes Syndrome

Diogenes was a Greek philosopher who lived in a barrel preaching ideals of nihilism and animalism.

This syndrome is characterized by extreme neglect, trends reclusivas and compulsive hoarding, sometimes of animals. It is found mainly in older people and is associated with senility.
