Regularly exercise


According to WHO, adults are recommended to perform at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity per day, ideally five times a week. Walking is one of the most recommended ways, and this practice reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
This advice is extended to children, in order to internalize physical exercise as a healthy practice since the early years. Thus, in childhood, an hour of daily activity is recommended.
