Drinking water during meals because belly?

Drinking water in the meal, especially excess water (more than half a cup) is not good, because it dilutes the digestive juices that are produced in the stomach and intestines. This makes digestion become more slow and laborious and often the bolus swells with water, leading to abdominal distension - namely the belly is dilated. But this effect is reversible, ie so that ends digestion, the stomach back to normal. What causes increased belly is maintained increased abdominal fat. The main factor that increases abdominal fat is a diet too rich in simple carbohydrates (sugar), especially combined with alcohol. This increases the synthesis of triglycerides (fats) in the liver, which accumulate over in the abdominal cavity, causing the belly grow. There is also a genetic factor that makes some people more prone to accumulate fat in the belly.
