There is an ideal position for breastfeeding?

For a good and efficient breastfeeding should be a good "catch" the baby breastfed and for that, a comfortable and relaxed position of the mother. The baby should be with proper clothing, preferably with arms and legs free, with body turned towards the mother and head aligned with the body. The breasts should be exposed and the mother should hold the breast in a "C" (thumb on top and the other 4 fingers on the bottom) with care to leave the areola free and do not form "scissors".
