Milk to which we refer, is cow's milk. The albumin
(protein in milk) cow is very allergenic to humans. Moreover, milks which are
maternizados, or prepared for use in children, are made from cow milk. Children
have a gut more immature than adults, especially until the second year of life.
This facilitates the entry of whole proteins in cow body of the child, and
these proteins will act as a further spur to trigger allergies. As a result,
the cow's milk allergy is very common in children and adults.
These people who have allergies to cow's milk, milk intake often causes
allergic respiratory symptoms, accompanied by increased secretion of mucus.
Another problem with cows' milk is the amount of lactose, milk sugar. Many
adults will develop a deficiency of the ability to digest lactose, and it has
gas, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain and other symptoms
when they take cow's milk or eating its derivatives. Goat milk is much
healthier because their cause much less protein allergy, it has less lactose
and fat than cow's milk.
